Plant Therapy - essential oil spray prevents fungus gnats

My recommendation: I use a triple threat to prevent and get rid of fungus gnats. Plant Therapy is concentrated essential oils that you mix with water. I use this on my dahlia cuttings that I pot up. After watering in the new cutting I drench the leaves and surrounding soil. In addition, I've been using Mosquito Bits this year in my watering tray - it prevents fungus gnats from hatching. Lastly, I use this in conjunction with Maggie's Farm Bug Spray for gnats that are already flying around. This bag will last a couple of seasons.
