Refund policy

  • All returns require preauthorization and must be accompanied by an RMA# (return merchandise authorization number).
    TO REQUEST A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA#):
    Email Us.
  • If we shipped you the wrong product, we will send a replacement at no charge or refund the full purchase price, provided the item is returned to us in its original packaging within 30 days of the original order ship date.
  • There are no refunds if you ordered the wrong item or if you simply changed your mind. 
  • Any pre-order payment for plants or seedlings is final and not refundable. 
  • Seed. There are no refunds for seed purchases. 
  • Live Plants. We cannot accept returns of live plant stock.
  • Dahlia Tubers. We make every effort to ensure the tubers are disease free and viable. All our tubers are grown on Bainbridge Island. I do on occasion sell tubers from other growers in Kitsap County, WA, these will be listed as such. We do not import Dahlia tubers to resell. Upon receipt, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your tubers to report any issues you see upon receiving them, and we'll try to make it right. These are the guidelines for ordering dahlia tubers;

    1. You need to self-select your shipping window - you can add it to your cart.

    2. I am not shipping after the last week in April. If you can't receive tubers in April due to your weather, then this sale is not for you. I don't offer heat packs either. No exceptions,

    3. If an item in your order becomes unavailable, due to acts of God, electrical outage, a tree falling, anything. You may not cancel your entire order. Once an order is in, it is non-refundable. I will refund for any missing items.

    4. I make every effort to ensure tubers are correctly labeled, but mistakes can happen. If you find a mis-label, let me know before August 1st of this year and I will make it right the following season.
