Romaine
- Bluerock - Classic Romaine, quoted as having better disease resistance than Costal Star. 58d to maturity.
- Brown Golding - Taste tested as a sweet tasting lettuce, canoe shaped leaves. Introduced by the Gold family from Bath, England.
- Coastal Star - Large, dark green, heat tolerate, full size, open pollinated, 57d to maturity.
- Freckles - Green with maroon specks, heat tolerant, heirloom romaine, 55d to maturity.
- Pomegranate Crunch - Red outer leaves and green/pink-colored center, open pollinated, 50d to maturity.
- Red Romaine - Red leaf tips blend to green at base, delicious and soft texture for a romaine, open pollinated 50d to maturity.
- Rainier - Big heavy heads over 12" tall with crisp leaves, open pollinated, 77d to maturity.

Round Heads
- Crispino - Medium sized glossy white heads with white interior. One of very few iceberg lettuce for gardeners - EARLY SPRING ONLY. 57d to maturity.
- Manoa - Medium deep green leaves form small, compact plants that may be baby cut with an open head, or allowed to mature into a blanched round heart. Can be tightly spaced (6” in all directions).
