Varieties:

• Kobucha, Hokkori - One of the best tasting kabocha squashes, 3-3.5 lbs. fruits have dry and sweet deep-yellow flesh with dark green skin. Each vine yields 3-4 very uniform fruits. 95-110d
• Cha Cha - Beautiful bright orange flesh that cooks up dry, flaky, sweet, and delicious. Resists rotting in storage longer than most standard green kabochas. Avg. weight: 4–5 lb. USDA Certified Organic. 95d
• Mambo - Same as Cha Cha but with darker skin. Avg. weight: 3–4 lb. USDA Certified Organic. 95d
• Metro Butternut - Attractive, flavorful and smaller-sized will hold well in storage. 105d
• Potimarron- French, red Kuri type squash, 3-4lbs. Edible skin when roasted, tastes like chestnuts. 85-95d
