Each pot contains 3 bunches of 3 beets (9 plants total). Your choice of a single variety of beets or mixed:
Crosby Egyptian - red beet, slightly flattened, 3-5oz roots, 60d to maturity.
Detroit - red beet, high quality heirloom with sweet, smooth roots and leaves for great salads or braising. 50d
Lutz Green Leaf - red beet, that grows to be HUGE and retains great flavor and texture, Will keep well in the ground and storage for extended time. 65d to maturity.
Gold Wintersoone - gold beet, originally from Switzerland, excellent sweet flavor. 55d to maturity
Mixed Beets - Chef's choice of above beet bunches.
You plant the bunches together all at once, or you can separate individual beets, note; beets also like to be grown together.
