Floating Row Cover - Prevent Frost

My recommendation: Floating row cover is used to prevent frosts on new plants. I also use it to cover newly planted seeds - like Pac Choi - the birds like to nibble at the seedlings - so this prevents them from getting to the baby plants. It sits right on top of the ground/plants - I weigh it down with rocks on the corners. Works great, even in summer. Rain and sun penetrate through. In the winter I'll also use garden hoops to create a mini greenhouse.
